Bellow are some of the apps that I currently use all the time to track my habits and a few that I have tried off and on that have been really helpful.
Picture
Sleep Cycle App- it is both my alarm clock but also tracks my sleep (how many hours, if I toss and turn, if I snore or cough, it also helps me set up a more consistent night time and wake up routine0.

H2O Pal- The goal of H2OPal is to help you build a healthy habit of drinking water.

Use this app on its own for the BEST and EASIEST WAY to manually track your water intake, or connect your water bottle with a H2OPal hydration tracker for smart and simple automatic tracking.

I have to admit at one point though I did buy the expensive waterbottle that hooks into this app so that it tracks your water intake for you. 😬

Forest App- Can't stop scrolling? Have trouble focusing? Use Forest, a must-have gamified timer which helps you beat procrastination and boost productivity!

Every time you set a timer and stick to not touching your phone you grow a plant or a tree. I have used this app for years and keep coming back to it because it works for me!

Momentum App- Momentum is the simple, yet powerful, habit tracker that boosts your willpower and helps you reach your goals.
It is such an easy interface and one that I kept going back to again and again to track  my exercise goals.

Habit List app- Create good habits. Break bad ones. Build a better you. Habit List includes everything you need to reach your goals, wrapped in a beautiful and intuitive interface. It motivates you, helps you stay focused, and keeps you on track.

Get motivated with streaks — Keeping streaks alive is a powerful motivator. See how high you can go, then try to beat your personal best. Red badges mean you've slacked and need to get back on track. Yellow badges show up after a streak ends, indicating it's time to recommit to building a new one. Gray badges are optional, missing them won’t break your streak. Green means go, complete it today!

HabitShare App- HabitShare is a social habit tracker app that allows you to track habits with friends for extra accountability.

You can use HabitShare alone, but it works best when you add friends. With HabitShare, you have total control over privacy. Want to share your exercise habits with your running club and other habits with your family? No problem! You can even keep a habit 100% private.

WaterDo App- WaterDo is an aesthetically pleasing, subscription-based to-do app created by the team of Forest: Stay Focused, the #1 productivity app with over 40 million users. It helps you stay on track and organise your daily list of jobs in the most intriguing way imaginable!
Picture
Done App- Done helps you create healthy routines by helping you set goals, tracking your progress, and then motivating you with streaks/chains. Unlike so many other habit apps, Done lets you set a goal and track it MULTIPLE times a day, not just one time per day.

Google Keep App- Capture, edit, share, and collaborate on your notes on any device, anywhere. Add notes, lists, photos, and audio to Keep.
Organize your notes with labels and colors. Set and forget. Get reminded about a note at the right time or place. Record a voice memo and have it automatically transcribed.
