Fill out the form below to sign up for a 28 day daily reflection journal challenge, each day an email will be sent with a prompt.

I encourage you to find a time that works for you to set a 10 minute timer and just write. Carve out a section in your journal, add a fun title or some stickers and washi tape if you fancy it, and just let your thoughts flow.

  • Week one will have you describe your current teaching position, what do you teach, what hats do you wear in your building etc.?
  • Week two will have you focus more inwardly, what are your own personal goals and how does your past influence who you are as a teacher.
  • Week three has you discovering your own options based your perceived ideals for education and your classroom.
  • Week four is a call to action, how might you go about making those goals a reality for you. And finally, week five is a closing reflection on what you have learned about yourself through the process.

I have not yet put all of the prompts into one bigger document, If that is something that might interest you please leave a message below and I can work on that.
