Reflection Writing Layouts Inspiration

How can we work reflection writing into our daily practice? There are a couple of different ideas come to mind and it all depends on how comfortable you are with writing in your journal. If you don't really like but you would like to try it then I might suggest a Line.a Day format, not too much commitment just one sentence a day,
Another option is to fill in the empty space on a daily layout, did you not have that many to-do list items for the day and it left for an empty space to fill in? Pick a prompt and just start writing to fill the space.

Another thing I love to do is reflect on the month, there are few different layouts i tend to use over and over again see some of these examples here.

Below is another example of ways to encourage refection on Friday before heading out for the weekend.
