This was a super simple goal setting PDF I made on Canva.

How I would do this quick lesson planning session with my students in class.
  1. I would maybe have the students brainstorm their wants and needs on the back- just free form.
  2. Then I would have them look for patterns or identify their three top goals. Those would be what I would put in the top box.
  3. Then I would have them think about what they need to do to get them there. That is the action plan.
  4. Then they need to think about the why they are choosing these goal.
  5. The what could be the positive things they will get as a result of getting those goals or the negative things that could stand in their way to get their goals.
