Let's share our examples of what we created, and also crowd source some examples of where we might use infographics in our lessons.
Collection of Infographics & Lesson Ideas
Picture
I think teaching students about infographics and having them make a preexisting infographic in google slides is a helpful intro to creating their own from their own research or data collection. This lesson was written for fourth grade and has been taught multiple times.

It is challenging!

Would be a lot easier if students have been exposed to a lot of google slides and shortcuts, or are older.
Infographic Lesson Plan

I would use this slide deck for another shot at recreating an infographic, really building those slides skills. Or if you are doing this activity with secondary students these infographic are a little bit more challenging and would be better practice for them.
Portrait Infographics

This is the deck that I use to show different examples of infographics, to show students the forced copy of their own version, and what I manipulate and later delete when teaching the intro lesson.
Teacher- Teach Deck

This is the student copy, with a lot less options. If your students need more practice, or are more advanced try the portrait version up above.
