Create a Form
  1. Rename the form
  2. Edit the first form question (change the title, add help text, change the question type)
  3. Add a new item (click add item or duplicate button)
  4. Drag the questions into a new order

Create a form
  1. Add an image then add a video to the form
  2. Make a question in a new format for you (have you tried scale or multiple choice grid?)
  3. View the live form
  4. Change the theme/color
  5. Send the form to someone with you to fill out
  6. Look at the view responses section 
  7. Create a spreadsheet of the responses
  8. Find the Summary of Responses (graph) in the "response" tab on the spreadsheet.

  3. Add some add-on's to the spreadsheet like flubaroo or autocrat
